Contact and reports

Use this form for anything: a question, a problem, a report, a copyright notice or a privacy request. You don't need an account, and we'll reply to the email address you give.

We keep your message, your email address, your name if you give one, and a one-way scrambled version of your IP address (used only to stop floods) until it's answered and for 12 months after. Details in the Privacy Policy.

If you see a post, comment, photo or place that breaks our community rules, or that shows something private or dangerous, the quickest way is the Report button on it in the app. You can also send us a message. Tell us what's wrong and where to find it. For anything urgent or illegal, please also contact your local authorities.

If something here infringes your copyright, send a notice with the details listed in section 8 of the Terms using the form above (choose Copyright notice).

You can download or delete your data yourself under Profile → Account. For any other request (correction, objection, questions about your data), use the form above and choose Privacy request. Please write from, or mention, your account's email address so we know it's you. See the Privacy Policy for what to expect.
